We mainly use T/T bank transfer, 100% in advanced. For the long-time prepared machine, we accecpt 50% in advance, 50% after manufactured.

We also accecpt options like: paypal, western union, credit card, L/C, wechat pay, alipay, etc.

Once we confirm your order, we will send you the payment detail at the quotation.

What is the lead time?

We have most of our product in stock, usually we can send out in 3days after we receive your payment.

For the electrical equipment and machine, will need longer time, usually will be 1-4weeks.

What are the shipping methods?

For the normal package, we mainly use DHL, FEDEX and UPS. The delivery time is fast and package usually get well secured, you can receive the package in 7days after we send out.

For the big size package, we use AIR WAY, SEA WAY and RAILWAY. You can receive the package in 2-4 weeks depends on the transportation method.

How long is the warranty?

All the products we sell share 1 year warranty for free replacement, some particular products may have longer period.

If the product get damaged during the transportation or lack of parts, please contact us, and we will send you replacement for free.

There will have cost when the warranty get expired or the products get damaged by yourself.

What is the language for the equipment?

For the equipment and machine we sell, usually they will have 2 languages: english and chinese.

For the description paper, they will come in english language.

Do you have customized service?

We provide OEM and ODM service, please contact us if you need customized product.

Where do we manufacture our product?

All the products we sell are manufactured at China.

Is the product you sell have accred certificate?

All the product we sell are meet the relavent international standard requirement.

All the product we sell will get strictly calibrated and examed by our QC team during manufacturing.

The package will not come with a certificate, but if you need a third party certificate, please tell us, and we can send the product to ISO calibration facility (issue the certificate will need extra cost.)
