A suitable vessel is specified in Figure 103. controls are adjusted to their highest setting until the water boils and then adjusted so that the water simmers. Water is added to maintain the level during simmering.

A suitable vessel is specified in Figure 103. controls are adjusted to their highest setting until the water boils and then adjusted so that the water simmers. Water is added to maintain the level during simmering.

For all hotplates, the diameter of the bottom of the vessel is approximately equal to the diameter of the cooking zone and the quantity of liquid is specified in Table 101. The vessel is positioned centrally on the cooking zone.

One set includes Ф110 mm, Ф145 mm, Ф180 mm, Ф220 mm, Ф300mm, total 5 pcs.

The maximum concavity of the base of the vessel is to be not more than 0,05mm . The base of the vessel is not to be convex.
